That I am starting to think my job is to go on the internet and post to Oppo / forums.
I've been here for 5 hours and taken 3 calls, the longest was 9 min and the average of the 3 calls is 5 min. Yes, I have worked a total of 15 minutes so far today. (FYI my job when Im in the office is to sit by the phone and answer / solve technical questions, when there are no phone calls I am left to waste time on the interwebz...)

I know how you feel. The most pressing issue I have had today is helping one of the ladies in the office roll her new laptop to Win 7 from Windows 8. Being the IT guy for a small office is nice but I wish I could get away with playing skyrim at work.

Ha, Ill have to use that, as I am in a rather mechanically technical field in which the average, non car / mechanical enthusiast understands. So the question of "what do you do" becomes a rather difficult one to answer.

I HATE slow days. Give me nonstop for 12-14 hours over twirling my thumbs waiting for the phone to ring for 8 hours ANY and every day.
